What’s in this release
Until now Ordo had a CLI and an API. v0.4.0 adds Studio, a visual workbench.
Studio editor
In Studio you can:
- Edit flows: build decision flows by drag and drop, with Decision, Action, Terminal and other node types
- View and edit routing matrices as a decision table, so business users can check the rules themselves
- Manage tests: create, run and export tests for each ruleset
Template marketplace
Studio ships with templates for a few common scenarios and can load community templates from GitHub. Pick a template to create a project from it.
Organizations and permissions
New organization management, member permissions and project spaces, so several teams can manage their own rules on one platform.
What’s next
We are working on gRPC protocol support and the vectorized execution engine, planned for v0.5.0.
